Kafka ACL

A rule that allows or denies one principal one operation on one Kafka resource.

The authorizer checks every request against the ACLs: a DENY that matches wins over any ALLOW, and with no matching ACL the request is denied unless allow.everyone.if.no.acl.found is set. kafka-acls adds, lists and removes them.
