resource pattern type

Whether a Kafka ACL names one resource exactly or every resource whose name starts with a prefix.

LITERAL matches the name exactly, or every resource when it is the wildcard. PREFIXED matches every name that starts with the given text, so one ACL can cover a family of topics.
