TF_CLI_ARGS

The environment variable that adds extra arguments to every Terraform command, or to one command with a suffix.

TF_CLI_ARGS applies to all commands, while TF_CLI_ARGS_plan or TF_CLI_ARGS_apply target one. Pipelines use it to add flags such as -no-color without editing each step.
