GitOps state store

A system for storing immutable versions of desired state declarations, with access control and auditing on changes.

In more detail

Git is the canonical example, but any system that meets the criteria may be used, such as an OCI registry or a versioned bucket. It must be configured to meet the principles, for example by blocking force pushes.
