Docker Trusted Registry
The old name of Mirantis Secure Registry, the private image registry that runs alongside UCP.
In more detail
DTR stores images, scans them for vulnerabilities, signs them with Notary and prunes tags by policy. Its replicas run on worker nodes and keep image layers in shared storage. The exam still uses the name DTR.
