debug logging
Extra log output from steps and from the runner, switched on with a secret or variable set to true or for a single re-run.
Step debug logging shows the debug messages that steps and actions emit; runner diagnostic logging adds the runner's own diagnostic files to the log archive. If both a secret and a variable are set, the secret wins.
